1. Avoid Water & Chemicals
   Remove earrings before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products. Moisture and chemicals can damage both resin and metal finishes.
   
2. Store Properly
   Keep your earrings in a dry, cool place—preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches and tarnishing.
   
3. Avoid Direct Sunlight
   Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the resin or embedded flowers to fade over time.
   
4. Clean Gently
   Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface. Avoid abrasive materials or alcohol-based cleaners.
   
5. Put On Last, Take Off First
   Apply makeup, perfume, and hair products before putting on your jewelry to minimize exposure to chemicals.
   

We currently do not offer refunds or returns. However, exchanges are accepted only if you receive the wrong product.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
